    Over 12 years, I advanced from an Account Coordinator to the Director of Sports Marketing for the Run and Train division. I developed global marketing strategies, supported athletes like Natasha Hastings, and led campaigns like the “Unlike Any” global campaign.

I also dedicate my time to championing women as an advisor and mentor for several high-level female networks and serve on the board of the non-profit &Mother. This passion led me to start my own business, The Radical Female, where I coach women seeking significant changes in their careers and support female founders in their businesses.
