The Losses We Keep

Coming October 23, 2024

When I was in the middle of my difficult pregnancy journey, I struggled

to find the support and resources I needed to stay hopeful and informed.

I didn’t have a book then. So, I wrote one now.

If 1 in 4 women will experience pregnancy loss or difficulty getting pregnant, why aren't there more stories so we don’t have to feel so alone?

That’s why we wrote this book–together. In The Losses We Keep, you’ll find:

  • Insights into the challenges of infertility, pregnancy loss, and the journey to motherhood.

  • Inspirational stories of resilience and healing, offering hope to those navigating similar struggles.

  • Practical perspectives on integrating wellness and personal growth during difficult times.

And more!

Before Adley and Carter,

there were many losses

They are everything I could have ever hoped for, yet I can’t help but wish things could have been different.

Let me explain.

During my difficult pregnancy journey, I often felt alone and without the support I desperately needed. Like many women, I faced the heartbreak of pregnancy loss and struggled to find a community that truly understood.

This is why I’m contributing to The Losses We Keep, a deeply moving anthology that brings together the stories of women who have walked similar paths. These stories share the raw and emotional experiences of pregnancy loss, IVF struggles, and the uncertainty that so many women face. By sharing these stories, we aim to offer hope, solace, and a reminder that no woman has to go through this journey alone.

I hope this book provides the understanding and connection I longed for during my journey, and I’m honored to be a part of it.
