Hi, I am Jami
OPTIMISM MEANS POSSIBILITY
The ability to overcome challenges, drive innovation, inspire teams, and achieve great things.
Optimism has been my guiding force. It landed me my first job at Under Armour as an Account Coordinator and paved the way to becoming the Director of Sports Marketing for the Run and Train division. It also connected me with key investors and partners as the Senior Director of Partnerships and Investor Relations at Super Coffee.
Most importantly, my hopeful optimism helped me become a mother to two beautiful children after facing several pregnancy losses.
With over 15 years in the sports, consumer goods, and innovation industry, I specialize in helping brands enhance their marketing through impactful campaigns and partnerships. Some of my most memorable campaigns include:
Leading the global strategy for Under Armour's running division, transforming its brand image into one of the top-running brands in the industry.
Supporting Under Armour’s first pregnant athlete, Natasha Hastings, on her journey to the 2021 Summer Olympics.
Launching the first global resource group for Under Armour female employees and hosting the first W.I.L.L Summit for over 200 employees.
Creating the Super Coffee + Poo-Pourri Partnership, AKA the Most Obvious Collab Ever.
Leading Super Coffee’s ‘Open Source Coffee Code’ campaign against sugary Starbucks drinks.
I also dedicate my time to championing women as an advisor and mentor for several high-level female networks and serve on the board of the non-profit &Mother. This passion led me to start my own business, The Radical Female, where I coach women seeking significant changes in their careers and support female founders in their businesses.
